How do i set up and obtain api key for my Bing Search v7 Api?

Bing Search is retired so it does not look like this works any more. Is there another way to do this

Please note that the Bing Search APIs will transition from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023. 

The existing instances of the Bing Search APIs under Azure Cognitive Services will no longer be supported after 31 October 2023. You can continue to create new instances of Bing Search APIs under the Azure Marketplace. Please go through this for information related to the affected Bing Search APIs: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/updates/bing-search-apis-will-transition-from-azure-cognitive-services-to-azure-marketplace-on-31-october-2023/

Once the resource is deployed successfully you can obtain the key and endpoint values:
