A Date & day Job number Customer Task Description hours

once all the data has been filled in the rows, by clicking a button i want all the data from rows A to D... without the ''hours'' column sending to manager@work.com at the end of the day
I want another that sends all the data without the ''Task description'' to secretary@work.com at the end of the week. but if the Data in job number and customer appear more than once the hours must be added together.
