Issue to create NC/N Series

I've request quota for NC Series, and create Support, the status is changed to Permission Granted, it mean my request to increase the quotas has been accepted.
So, when i tried to create the VM for NC series, it's not resolve the problem, it's still showing insufficient quota, how i can create this?
I've been tried to request the quota region, and try to increase more VM Size with another region, and still same issue.
I want to create VM with Intel and NVIDIA.

Share the screenshot like below with me from your subscription

2023-11-16T05:35:56.5366667+00:00 I just requested NV Series 3 hours ago, and it's showing permission granted, so i checked it on that Region (South Central US) and still in insufficient quota limit, i don't know how to fix this.

2023-11-17T07:00:59.2733333+00:00 It doesn't look like the quota has been allocated yet. You need to reopen the request to check why. Subscriptions management and Quota team is the only one that can check and tell the reason.
