How to send SQL Query Results in Teams notification in Grid Format using Azure Data factory or Azure Synapse

I need to Send the SQL Query Results from Azure Data Factory or Synapse Using Web Activity.

I've have the incoming webhooks created ready. My Result set is shown below.

You can use logic app to create well-formatted custom HTML Email and send the notification via teams connector present in logic app. You can use web activity to call the logic app via ADF/ Synapse pipelines.
