Computer objects issue after 1902 > 1910 update

Hi,

Today I updated my SCCM instance from 1902 to 1910. The update was successful. I updated SQL 2012 native client to the recommended version on the SCCM server itself.
I also have a separate SQL server that hosts the main SCCM database - I have not updated the native client version on this and it's still running the same version that the SCCM server was before the update.

I've noticed that any devices imaged after the update register in SCCM, however no client activity populates, they do not get put in query based collections, and Software Centre isn't actively updating/removing apps based on deployments (Even after a manual policy refresh).

I've just installed the hotfix for 1910 hoping this is the fix. I've also just installed the same SQL 2012 native client version on the SQL server.

Any ideas if this will fix the issue, or what the issue could be?

Thank you!
