As far as I know, for MS Exchange support, if there is a serious impact on your business and it is very urgent, if you have opened a ticket with the Microsoft team, you can ask them to escalate the urgency of the case to "A "level (You can quickly get the latest updates.). Of course, this requires you to be online in 24 hours.

I don't know if the data protection team is different, if you don't get feedback for a long time, maybe, you can submit a ticket to M365 support first and then let them help try to contact the data protection team, this is better than waiting endlessly.
