Are you looking how to prove that you successfully passed ms exam/certification?
In your microsoft learn profile go to Credentials and then to Certifications
Here you will see all your certifications and exams.
When clicking to 'View certification details' beside each certification you will be able to Print or Share the certification.
There is no download option afaik.
