Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where I currently have an Exchange hybrid Environment (2016 with the latest cumulative) setup in my domain. I have to create a new separate forest and domain, and I have to create a similar hybrid setup of Exchange in the new forest.

Once I have the Hybrid Setup ready in the new forest, I have to move some of the Data (user mailboxes present in both on-prem and exchange online from the Old to the new Hybrid setup ) from the older environment to this environment and configure all the third-party apps (Cisco IronPort, Dmarcian tool, SendGrid, Marketo etc..) with the new Exchange Server in the new forest.

How should this data move or migration be performed? What should be the steps to be followed to achieve this setup?

    Hi @Garima Das

This question seems similar to this thread:

Best Practices for Establishing Company B with Enhanced Email Security and Third-Party Integration

While as mentioned in the link, since it is a very complicated process (which also have Active Directory involved), please consider contacting Microsoft support by phone or email for better support.

If you need assistance with integrating with third-party apps, I would suggest reaching out to the support team of the corresponding product. As these are third-party products, we may not have the expertise to provide extensive support.

To my understanding, in short you may either consider cross-forest migration (onprem to onprem) or cross-tenant migration (online to online) or PST migration if you do not consider using third-party products.
