Unable to verify domain name

I have created a new directory and a new tenant, I wanted to create a custom domain so that my users can have the custom domain associated with their accounts. I have created the MX record in my DNS provider, which is Cloudflare. But I am getting the error "Unable to verify domain name. Ensure you have added the record above at the registrar for 'domain-name', and try again in a little while. Click here for more information." I have created it correctly in the DNS, waited for an hour to propagate, is there something additional I need to do?

You mentioned waiting for an hour, which is usually enough. However, DNS propagation can sometimes take up to 48 hours, especially if it's a new record or if the TTL (Time to Live) was set high.

You can use tools like whatsmydns.net to check if your DNS records have propagated globally.
