Error con la librería sqlncli11.dll

Buen día, mi consulta es:
luego de realizar importaciones en sql llega un momento en que muestra error con el siguiente mensaje "El proveedor 'SQLNCLI11' no está registrado en el equipo local.(System.Data). "
Pero me doy cuenta que este error se muestra cuando librería sqlncli11.dll llega a la capacidad de 3402kb
Mi pregunta es: ¿cómo se podría ampliar esa capacidad o cómo se tendría que liberar memoria de dicha librería?
