Audit SharePoint Online sites for PHI

I have over 1000 sites for SharePoint Online and I need to know which ones contain PHI. We do have a DLP for HIPPA set up for our sites, but I'm not sure how to run a report to get the information for the sites that contain it

Hi @Phan Ohl,

The scope of SharePoint Online sites which contain DLP for HIPPA is set when you create the DLP for HIPPA. To get the information for the sites that contain the DLP for HIPPA, you can go to Microsoft Purview >> Data loss prevention >> Policies >> Select the DLP >> Edit policy > > see the scope under "Locations" section.

Hello, yes, that tells me where I can find the DLP policy applied at, and ours says all SharePoint sites, but what I want to do is run a query/report on all existing SharePoint Online sites to see which ones currently contain PHI.

I'm afraid the answer is NO. As per my knowledge and research, there is no such an interface for running a query/report to see which SharePoint Online sites contain PHI.
