How can I customize the ribbon size on MS Paint for Windows 11?

I was wondering how I can go about customizing the ribbon on MS Paint so that it can have an adjustable size. I was directed here from this answers.microsoft.com page

One of the Microsoft Support Specialists mentioned using Windows Controls to customize the ribbon, and they linked to this documentation for customizing toolbars. From what I can tell, it seems like this documentation is mainly meant for developers creating their own Windows applications. I'm lost on how I would go about developing my own tool to modify the ribbon on an existing Windows program. I'm not even sure if it's possible.

Is there a way I can write a tool that would modify MS Paint to use a resizable ribbon?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the Ribbon on MS Paint is fixed and you cannot modify it. The Windows Controls are used by developers to customize their own apps, not a tweak tool.
