Our SQL server is hosted at 10.91.13.135, and it handles the delivery of emails for reports through Database Mail. The designated IP address for our email server is 203.112.45.78. I've noticed an issue where pinging this IP address from our server is unsuccessful, which could potentially be impacting our database email functionality. Could you please investigate whether there are any IP blocking or filtering configurations on our server hindering communication with the IP address 203.112.45.78? We aim to resolve this matter promptly to ensure that our emails can successfully reach the 203 IP address and consequently address the concerns with our database emails. any help would be highly appreciable.

    Hi @Abeer Hayat Khan,

First you may follow the documentation Troubleshoot Database Mail issues to see if it could be useful.

In addition, if you are using exchange server, you may also raise the issue to exchange side.

If not, you may contact your mail server admin for help.

    Regards,
