I am trying to access a module for my class and it is not working. Can you please unlock my account so I can try to access the sandbox training please.

Create a Windows Virtual Machine in Azure and Compile a checklist for creating a Azure Virtual Machine. Ive tried so many times to get it to work it now says that my sandbox is suspended.
We value your feedback. Please remember that you have a limit of 20 sandboxes per day and you can only have access again the next day. Try to open the sandbox in a single browser and wait if permissions take some time and don't close the window.
If your sandbox is suspended, it might be related to subscription issues or resource limits. Ensure that your subscription is active and that you are not exceeding any resource quotas.
Additionally, please try the below options:
Option 1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again with your learn id.
Option 2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/in-private window.
Option 3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.
