I get a state error when I approach Prompt flow.

I installed the pinecone-client==2.2.1 version on the environment, and after that, all the runtime died, so I deleted all the problematic runtime.

After that, when I enter the prompt flow, the error phrase "Something Went Wrong!" appears and I can't enter the page.

Even if I create a new workspace and recreate the prompt flow, the same error phrase appears.

How can I fix this error? Please let me know. (I'm using a translator, so please understand if my tone is rude.)

@Seongsu Kim Thanks for reaching out to us, is there any way we can reproduce this error? Can you please share any Networking logs to us?

To answer your question generally, it sounds like you are encountering an error when trying to access the Prompt flow in your workspace. The error message "Something Went Wrong!" suggests that there may be an issue with the workspace or the Prompt flow itself.

Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, browser cache can cause issues with web applications. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then reloading the page to see if that resolves the issue.

Check your workspace settings: Make sure that your workspace settings are configured correctly and that all required resources are available. You can refer to the documentation or examples provided by the workspace to ensure that your settings are configured correctly.

Contact support: If you continue to experience issues, you may want to reach out to the support team for the workspace for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional guidance or help you troubleshoot the issue.

Regarding the issue with the pinecone-client version, it's possible that the version you installed is not compatible with your environment or other dependencies. You may want to try installing a different version or checking the dependencies to ensure that everything is compatible.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with.

    Regards,

    Yutong
