Why does the Record Actions button in Excel not work with the home version? I'm not about to buy another version of Excel, but that's a significant limitation of the program. Please change this.

I cannot automate commands with the Record Actions button or New Script in the home version of Office 365. Please remove this limitation and allow us to use this feature.

According to the blog "Record worksheet actions using Office Scripts in Excel", I suggest you click Help on Excel Ribbon, then go to Help group click Feedback button, submit your feature request includes phrase "Office Scripts" to Office Scripts team.

Besides, it's also recommended to up vote the similar thread "Automate Tab - Expanding Access (365 Personal)" in Microsoft Excel Feedback community.

This way, you can help Microsoft engineers have a better visibility on what issues that you’re experiencing with Office product and which features are most important to you.
