How to download SQL Server Upgrade Advisor for 2019?

I want to upgrade SQL Server 2016 to SQL Server 2019 .

please give me suggestion

    SQL Server Upgrade Advisor is not available for SQL Server 2019. Instead, you can use Data Migration Assistant (DMA),

    DMA is a newer, more comprehensive tool that supports multiple versions of SQL Server, including SQL Server 2019.
