Access logs stopped being generated automatically under Application Gateway Diagnostic Logs

We are using Application Gateway services in Azure and configured Diagnostic logs (Access, Performance, Firewall logs). We found that since last few months, access logs are not being generated while performance and firewall logs are being generated.
I have changed the log storage and log analytic workspace but still it's not generated.
Please advise.
