I understand that you are facing 2 issues here.
Issue #1: Unable to create AI Service and getting an error message.
Issue #2: You are seeing unexpected billing charges and want a refund.
For the Issue #1:
- Please let me know which Azure AI service are you referring to ?
- Are you creating it from Azure Portal ?
- Please share the screenshot of the detailed error message you are encountering. .
For the Issue #2: You need to open a Billing support ticket with Microsoft and the support professionals should be able to assist you further. Here are the steps to open a support ticket:
Select the ? in the global header, then select Help + support.
. Select Create a support request.
. Type a summary of your issue and then select Issue type. In the Issue type list, select Billing:
. Then fill the other technical details and contact information. Based on the information you provided, we'll show you recommended solutions you can use to try to resolve the problem.
If you're still unable to resolve the issue, continue creating your support request by selecting Next: Details. More Info here.
