How to build a database-based fixed asset management system in Teams

In Teams (as well as the O365 suite), there is currently no existing fixed asset management system. As an asset manager, I constantly need to switch between a third-party asset management system and O365, which complicates my job.

Are there any methods that can meet my requirements? Please provide a rough idea, thank you.

I will continue to track this issue, and the deadline to resolve this problem is approaching. I hope to receive a response as soon as possible. Thank you very much!
