In Teams (as well as the O365 suite), there is currently no existing fixed asset management system. As an asset manager, I constantly need to switch between a third-party asset management system and O365, which complicates my job.
Are there any methods that can meet my requirements? Please provide a rough idea, thank you.

It should have the following features:
Similar to third-party asset management systems, asset data is stored and retrieved in a database format.
Administrators can freely edit (add, delete, modify) the properties of each asset (e.g., name, quantity, amount, acquisition date, whether it is on loan, etc.).
Administrators can sort assets based on a specific property (e.g., sort by acquisition date, sort by asset price, etc.).
The system should allow batch importing of assets through external files (e.g., Excel) and support exporting custom tables of asset properties (e.g., Excel).
The customizable system itself can be modified at any time (e.g., adding new features, fixing bugs).
The information I currently have is:
Teams Toolkit can be used for secondary customization development, but my programming skills and time constraints do not support this.
(Possibly) Power Apps can be used to customize a Teams app that meets the requirements.
Searching for an app that meets the requirements in the Teams app community, but the likelihood of finding such an app is very low.
