msi bios 5 loop

i recently unplugged my pc to plug in my speaker and ever since ive plugged my pc back in its been openning to msi bios 5.

ive tried switching uefi n csm, unplugged everything n waiting, i dont know what else to do

    In the BIOS settings, there is usually an option to reset the settings to default. Look for an option like "Load Optimized Defaults" or "Load Setup Defaults." After resetting, make sure to save the changes.
