Hello,

one og our user login using team classis and he said their account is blocked. When i see on the sign-in log i got

if wee see in the log details why the log say this account is guest account?

When guest users try to log in to an application integrated into Microsoft Entra ID, they receive the "AADSTS500571" error message ("Guest user account is disabled"), which is due to the guest user object being disabled on the resource tenant.

Contact the resource tenant owner or sponsor to determine why the guest account was disabled. Then, perform the appropriate actions, as shown in the following picture:
