Dear team,

I notice many people are having trouble when it is time to postpone a webinar to a new date and time, without losing the current registrants. My suggestion to solve this issue is by adding a new button when you click on the "Cancel" button. A popup window will appear asking for cancel confirmation or postpone the webinar (sample as below).

User simply need to change the webinar details (date and time) before proceeding to postpone the event. The "Postpone instead" button will only available if there are changes on the date and time (from the original setup). Once click, a Webinar Postponed email will be automatically sent to all registered participants:

I know we can't customise the email template that are ready made for us but I hope this could be the alternative.

    Hi @Kyrel Rosli

    Thanks for sharing your workaround.

If you have more ideas and suggestions for Teams webinar, we recommend you give the feedback in Teams UserVoice. Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
