    Hi @Anish Gangadharan Ashokan ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Please note that the OFT format is a template format for Outlook emails, and it is not possible to directly import a PDF file into Outlook as an OFT format. To import a PDF file into Outlook as an OFT format, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Open Outlook and click on “New Email” to create a new email message.
    2. Fill in the required fields in the new email window.
    3. Click on the “File” button on the menu bar.
    4. Click on “Save As” and choose “Outlook Template (.oft)”.
    5. Save the created template.

    Hope to help you!
