ERROR: upstream request timeout - Azure OpenAI

While using the Azure OpenAI service for Add your data, I'm getting this error. Even while using simple queries on the added data.

I'm using python as programming language and the required python packages for the Azure OpenAI service. And I'm using it as per the reference articles, guidelines and code snippets provide by Microsoft. The issue is not there while using general queries like 'hi'.

I have paid subscription and region is East US 2.

    @Vijayakumar, Vishal Vijay It is optional to enable the private network, but you should consult the chart below to see if your scenario matches any of the listed ones.

    Additionally, if you have an Azure AI Search resource protected by a private network, and want to allow Azure OpenAI on your data to access your search service, complete an application form which will be reviewed by Microsoft in 10 days for approval. Refer to the documentation for details.
