Network contributor rôle and load balancer

If I assign a user the role of network contributor on a load balancer, will he be able to add integrity probes to the load balancer without any additional authorization assigned to this user?

    The answer is yes, the user with Network Contributor role should be able to create Azure Load Balancer Health probes.

    Network Contributor role lets you manage networks with following actions

    And with Microsoft.Network/* the user gets right to Microsoft.Network/loadBalancers/write which allows them to create and update Azure Load balancer
