Av2 machines not available for deployment

Question

Dear community.

Please help me stop breaking my head over the wall.

I need to deploy a simple Av2 machine to test my code. But none of the Av2 machines are available in the list of the machines that I can chose from. I tried and searched... But nothing helps. I changed region.

Please help me understand what is going on.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
You can select one of these options based on the size you need. Because of naming, you cannot find results by searching AV2.

Hi Sasha,

To use Av2 series, please make sure you select Generation 1 using Configure VM generation, as shown below:

Select a Gen1 operating system image.

Once you have it set to Generation 1, click See all sizes, enter a in the search box, click arrow to expand A-Series v2, and then select which size you would like, as shown below:
