Cannot find Office Intelligent Services in Excel

I am needing to add the Ideas group to the home tab in Excel to complete a couple college assignments. I have followed numerous instructions that I have found and have been unsuccessful in locating the Office Intelligent Serivces to turn it on. I have the latest version of Microsoft installed. How can I get the Ideas group added to complete my assignments?

    Ideas in Excel is now Analyze Data, could you find the function on Excel Ribbon?
