I have an ASUS-ROG laptop running Windows 11 that randomly reboots. I found some information in the Application Error log that I think is related. But I have NO idea what to do next.

Can someone help me interpret this and suggest some troubleshooting steps? In very simple terms!!!

    Hello

The error log you provided indicates that the Aura Wallpaper Service.exe application is crashing due to an issue with clr.dll, which is a component of the .NET Framework. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

Update Armoury Crate: The first step is to ensure that your Armoury Crate is up-to-date. You can do this by opening the Armoury Crate application, navigating to the settings or about section, and checking for updates.

Reinstall Aura Wallpaper Service: If updating Armoury Crate doesn’t resolve the issue, you may need to reinstall the Aura Wallpaper Service. To do this, you can uninstall the Aura Wallpaper Service from the Control Panel, then download and install the latest version from the ASUS website.

Update .NET Framework: Since the error involves clr.dll, which is a part of the .NET Framework, it might help to update your .NET Framework to the latest version. You can download this from the official Microsoft website.

Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 is up-to-date. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Windows Update.

Contact ASUS Support: If none of the above steps work, it might be best to contact ASUS Support for further assistance. They may have more specific troubleshooting steps for your particular model of laptop.
