- I suggest you back up your document first, then open it in Word and switch to Outline View (
View tab > Views group > Outline
). - In the Outline Level box, a heading Level 1 will be a slide title, Level 2 to Level 9 will be bullet points on that slide, the Body Text will not be shown on that slide.
- If your Word document contains no Heading 1 or Heading 2 styles, PowerPoint will create a slide for each paragraph in your content.
- Then please open PowerPoint, go to
Home tab > Slides group > New Slide > Slides from Outline
, you may find and select your Word outline and select Insert.
