    Hi, @Fariaide

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

If a client is not reporting to WSUS correctly, you can try the following steps to fix it:

    1. Verify that the WSUS server is reachable from the client by pinging the server and checking that the URL of the WSUS server is correctly specified in the Group Policy setting "Specify intranet Microsoft update service location".
    2. Check that the client is a member of the correct WSUS computer group by verifying that the name of the group is correctly specified in the Group Policy setting "Target group name for this computer".
    3. Check that the client is configured to use the correct WSUS server by verifying that the URL of the WSUS server is correctly specified in the Group Policy setting "Specify intranet Microsoft update service location".
    4. Check that the WSUS agent service is running on the client by opening the Services console and verifying that the "Windows Update" service is running.
    5. Check that the BITS service is running on the client by opening the Services console and verifying that the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" is running.
