Do all users accessing Azure Application Proxy require an Entra ID P1/P2 license or only the administrator setting it up?

Question

I know that there is a Entra ID P1 or Entra ID P2 license required for an administrator to setup an Azure Application Proxy. However, I could not find a clear statement if the users, that are accessing it need also to be licensed.

Hi Leon,

Azure Application Proxy is Entra ID P1 feature so all users that will use it need to have P1 license (or license that includes P1). For external users you have the ability to use Monthly Active Users (MAU) billing model whereby up to 50,000 unique active users per month can use P1/P2 features for free.
