Text to speech (TTS) Error code 1013. TTS not working after used up free credit, but still not work after upgrade

Hi

I used Azure Cognitive Services, Text to speech for about 1 week well and great.

The following error appears saying the free credit is used up, I am aware of this during this test period.

So I changed my plan from F0 to S0 and entered my credit card into a new billing profile, but this problem persist.

ERR WITH TTS: Speech synthesis canceled: CancellationReason.Error

ERR WITH TTS: Error details: Connection was closed by the remote host.

Error code: 1013. Error details: Status(StatusCode="ResourceExhausted", Detail="No free synthesizer") USP state: TurnStarted. Received audio size: 0 bytes.

    Could you please check the Azure portal for the pricing tier update? Is the plan updated successfully? please share the resource region you are working on.

    I would suggest raising a support ticket if the issue is not resolved.

    Hi Moses,

    Have you tried again? Sometimes there can be a delay between changing pricing tier with cloud services.

    If you are still having issues I'd recommend create a Azure Billing Support ticket:
