Stop code: RDR_FILE_SYSTEM

What failed ksecdd.sys

I have this issue expanding throughout my organization.
The issue is specific to domain login.
If I remove the network cable, the users can login w/o the error,
If I login with a local account, no BSOD.
I have worked through all the solutions noted so far.
I have wiped off a computer and installed a fresh copy of Win11. All updates from MS and Dell have been installed.
Once the computer is joined to the domain... BSOD after login.
I have moved the a user account and computer to an OU and blocked policy inheritance.
I have confirmed there is no login script associated with the user.
I need to find a solution to this issue asap as it is expanding throughout the domain.
Thanks for you support.

Try performing Clean Boot and see if problem persists?

    Have a look at:

If not, enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem?
