My APPs keep shuting down with high RAM usage

Recently when I open multiple apps or high RAM usage games some applications and the game all shut down and stop working. For instance when I have Chrome with too many tabs open and I open a game (Lost ark , Elden Ring , Honkai Star Rail and so on) The game , my discord the browser and some other apps shut down. It' not consistant with what is being shut but you get the idea (sometimes even necessary programs like desktop or display stuff).
The only thing I can think of is my Windows being corrupted so reinstalling it would be an easy solution but I rather not because then you have to do the whole pc setup all over again (reinstalling programs and locating gamefiles and so on).
Again it all happens when any game or program causes the RAM to reach the 85% usage threshold; Can anyone tell me what the problem is? and is there an easy fix or do I have to completely reinstall my Windows 11?

    Hello

It sounds like your computer is experiencing high RAM usage, which can cause applications to shut down unexpectedly. This is often due to having too many applications open at once, but it can also be caused by other issues. Here are some steps you can take to address this problem:

Close Unnecessary Programs: Check the Task Manager for any programs that are using a lot of memory and close them if they’re not necessary.

Disable Startup Programs: Some programs start automatically when you boot up your computer and can use up a lot of memory. You can disable these in the Task Manager.

Defragment Your Hard Drive: Over time, the files on your hard drive can become fragmented, leading to slower performance and increased RAM usage. Defragmenting your hard drive can help improve performance.

Increase Virtual Memory: Virtual memory is a portion of your hard drive that Windows uses as if it were RAM. Increasing the size of your virtual memory can provide more ‘memory’ for your programs to use.

Check for Malware: Malware can often use up a lot of system resources. Run a full system scan with your antivirus software to check for any malware.

Update Your Drivers: Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause high memory usage. Make sure all your drivers, especially your graphics driver, are up to date.

Check for Software Issues: Some software may have memory leaks that cause high RAM usage. If you notice that your RAM usage goes up after using a certain program, that program may be the cause.

    Best Regards,

    Wesley Li
