Hi

I have a Windows 2019 ADFS server that I'm trying to setup for use with M365 SSO.

Currently I cannot download PS modules from the internet as there is no internet access from the server, so have installed manually MSOnline and AzureAD modules.

I try to issue the "Connect-Msolservice" command and I get an error stating:

I'm unable to find info as to what the error means and was hoping for some advise on how to fix the issue?
