Recently, I made and used Outlook and Authenticator accounts with my company account with another smartphone. Later, I deleted my previous phone's Authenticator account to access Outlook on another smartphone and during the new process, only two access numbers came up and I couldn't find a place to put it in. Since I have had this problem continuously, I have not been able to access Outlook on my phone since then, and even my previous phone has been unable to access due to the same problem. How should I resolve this? I attach my problem picture.

Jim Binning 0 Reputation points2024-05-08T10:05:01.4+00:00 The point of the enquiry is that the MS Authenticator does NOT present any data entry point to enter a 2 digit code - Instead it is offering me a 6 digit code to type back into the app I am trying to get into. I have updated the app and nothing changes.
