When I use GPT-3.5 Turbo 1106 model on 2023/11/20, it costs me $94.39 ($78.36 for prompt，$16.03 for completion) with 2.31M tokens !!! Which means avg. $0.04/1k tokens !!!
Can someone explain this ????
