Hi!

I would like to use the same documents in two different SharePoint sites (example Marketing and Sales). For example, I want to use Pictures folder from Marketing site to Sales site also. So, if I add, modify or delete file from Sales-site (https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/SALES) it also adds, modifies and deletes from Marketing (https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/MARKETING) and vice versa. How I can do this?

    Hi @Matti ,

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

Unfortunately, there is currently no direct way to sync files between sites.

But there is a workaround for your reference:

    Use Power Automate

When a file is created or modified in a library in site A, the file will be copied to a library in site B.

    Set the properties such as:

Current Site Address–Set the source site address

File to Copy– Choose the file path that you want to copy

**Destination Site Address–**Set the destination site address

Destination Folder– choose a destination folder where you want to store the copied files

If another file is already there– Select an action if the file is already exist11242

    The result:

Create the same flow again and exchange sites to achieve synchronization.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Have a nice day! :-)
