Hi Team,
We have setup notifications for MS teams channel through python pymsteams package through web hook URL. The notifications get delivered to Teams channel on desktop correctly as expected but the same notification when seen on mobile is not displayed with all the details. Only the message title appears in the notification on the mobile. Could you please let us know what is causing this or how this can be fixed.

Is there a special format for channel notifications?
You can try sending a normal message notification to see if it is displayed normally on Teams mobile to determine whether the problem is with Teams mobile or the python pymsteams package.
Thanks for your answer @Anonymous I am able to receive other messages on the teams channel on the mobile app which is of smaller size. When the message card is of larger size, it does not display all the details. The smaller sized message is as well using the same python pymsteams package. Would it be an issue with the size of the message card or any other formatting issue?
@Ksheera Sagar -By notification do you mean Teams banner notification? Is this happening in new Teams or Teams classic?
Could you please share the JOSN for which this issue occurs?

Please try updating Teams on mobile to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.

Hi @Anonymous Yes. Its a Connector Card that pymsteams sets up and sends a message to the Teams channel using webhooks. Desktop application is working as expected, and smaller sized messages with not many facts in connecter card are fine too on Mobile. But large messages with a lot of facts do not show any details, and just get displayed with the title alone.
