Why does it says I am working offline even though my device is connected to wifi?

I do my work on my University's PC, but I can't open it on my device. I can only open it using my mobile network even though my devices are connected to wifi. When I try to do my work on my device, they say I am working offline even though my devices are connected to wifi. It won't update any changes any changes I done. And when I change something on the PC and want to look at it again on my device, it says that the server is not working. In addition, when I look at the list of my devices on Microsoft website, it says that I don't have any device. I can't get my work done if it's like this.

Have you checked the connection between the computer and the Microsoft server? If the connection works well, please verify your Windows Internet config is working
