The “headerValue”  values in the “clientUserAgent resource type” (clientUserAgent resource type - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn) have changed significantly since around the 28<sup>th</sup> of October for lots of devices, this change is fully undocumented specifically for the V1 API, and we cannot understand what the numbers are at the end are and even if the change is expected. So, for example “Conferencing Virtual Assistant (appid:9e133cac-5238-4d1e-aaa0-d8ff4ca23f4e)” was before 28<sup>th</sup> October and then after;

GraphCommunicationsClient-ConferenceVirtualAssistantBot-2023.11.2.3/1.2.0.7347

GraphCommunicationsClient-ConferenceVirtualAssistantBot-1.0.0.0/1.2.0.7347

GraphCommunicationsClient-ConferenceVirtualAssistantBot-2023.10.18.2/1.2.0.7347

Here is an example from today where it swaps from the previous value “Announcement Playback Service (appid:56aa0a8f-4cd3-446b-8146-0023476a5ff2)” to “Microsoft.Skype.Platform.Echo.Logic/1.11.1364.0”

And this list is only growing over time?

I please would like Microsoft to confirm why this change was made and some documentation on what the value now in the fields is and what we are expecting in them.

I would also like the documentation please where Microsoft released this change in the Call Records value, as I am trying to work with this data and it changing without notice make life very difficult.
