How to Add photo to USER profile cover.

Question

Please, I want to know how to add or enable adding a photo to the profile cover in Engage as shown in the image.

NOTE: Not in the community, but in the user profile.

Based on my research, i found that it looks like it is not available in Viva Engage. More information: Viva Engage Explained - Campaigns in Viva Engage.
