Hi. My question disappeared. Two accounts are grayed out. I can't use the fingerprint login feature on my second (Moto G) smartphone. Why is my institutional (academic) account grayed out and inaccessible as is my secondary personal account on the above brand new smartphone? Please inform and advise. Thank you.
