how to fix VisualStudio setup.exe bootstrapper doesn't work

Question

I was trying to open VisualStudio bootstrapper, first box appears but it crashes and nothing happen.

I delete all vs files in C and retried open it with Administrator powers no thing happen

I saved the logs but i couldn't upload it in this ticket

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! 

Please try the following:

1. If you have any anti-virus software or group policy, please temporarily disable it. Or refer to the document and add domain URLs to an allowlist.
2. Check for Windows Update.
3. Go to Visual Studio Installer folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer, and run the vs_installershell.exe file.
4. Re-download the VS bootstrapper from the page and move the .exe file to a clean folder in another drive.
5. Put the .exe file in root of C drive like C:\setup.exe and run it. 

If it persists, you can go to %temp% folder and try to find the following log files:

dd_bootstrapper_xxxx.log

dd_installer_xxxx.log 

You can try to upload the files again.
