VS 2019 Installation | Offline Installation

Hello,

My requirement is to install VS 2019 edition in a box where no internet connection is permitted or limited.

I understand there is an offline installer available, but does it download all the binaries into a single executable, and then that executable can be transported into the box which does not have internet ;) and then we can do the installation?

There is an option available to download by creating a local cache - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/create-an-offline-installation-of-visual-studio?view=vs-2019

I don't see any single downloadable executable through which we can do the installation.

Hi @Prasenna Kannan ,

Do you mean that you can’t find the files in local cache folder (By default, it is located here: c:\vslayout)? If so, please make sure that you have an internet connection during creating a local install cache. If you are in an environment without internet, I am afraid that you can’t create a local cache to continue the installation.
