Having an account and being a tenant, but not being recognized when entering

Hello, I have a Microsoft account with my own Yahoo email. It has been two years since I created this account. Some time ago, I wanted to upgrade and activate Azure subscription for my email and account. I activated Azure subscription with the same account, and then the same email as a directory and tenant. I also invited and I accepted after doing this after a week, my Yahoo email was not recognized at the time of login and in the Microsoft family account it was replaced by an alternative email and it was deleted, but in Azure and Office when I use an email Relatedly, I used to log into the programs as an administrator. This problem is still there. I called the support many times, but it was not resolved. The same thing happened in Microsoft ads when I switched the same email from Google Ads. Now I am in Azure, but when I log in It says you don't have an account, I'm in office, it gives the same error when I log in. I don't know how to fix this strange problem. It even got to the point where Google Ads experts asked me to let them research this issue. Please, someone give me a logical answer.

    It's possible that there was a conflict between your Yahoo email and the alternative email, which caused the issue. To resolve this, you may need to contact Microsoft support again and explain the situation in detail. They may be able to help you recover your Yahoo email or provide you with a solution to log in using the alternative email.

    In the meantime, you can try resetting your password for your Microsoft account and see if that helps. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or using a different browser to log in.
