    Does this issue only affect this particular message?

    Based on my experience, this issue is usually related to the mail client of the sender side. From the screenshot you shared, seems like the problematic message was sent from a mobile device, right? If this is the case, to help narrow down the problem, I'd recommend asking the sender to resend the mail again from another mail application like Outlook for Android or using Outlook desktop for Windows or Mac and see if the issue persists.
