I checked the images you shared and noticed some discrepancies in the logic of your flow and your description. Your flow will start executing every day starting November 25th at 11:45 a.m. The filter for Get Items is that the request date in your list is the current date minus 6 months. (The subtractFromTime function is used to subtract time.) Your text description was emailed 11 months after the request date.
First, I suggest you double check how often you need to space out your email reminders.
Secondly, here I offer you a way to troubleshoot flow problems. Please navigate to Power Automate>My Flows>click on this flow and go to the details page for that flow. In the run history below look for the history of your latest run and click on it. This allow us to better check the exact value of each variable when you run it and find out why the problem is occurring. If it is convenient, you can also share the input and output information of each step with me. Please be careful not to give away your private information.
