On reinstalling windows 10, not able to type during setup while keyboard is fine

When is reinstalled my windows 10 on Dell laptop,I was unable to type also tried on-screen-keyboard but did'nt work for me.The keyboard is all fine,I have used it on another computer. Please give me a solution.

    It could be due to a missing or corrupted driver. Here are some solutions you can try：

    1. Check for any uninstalled device drivers in Device Manager. If so, download and install the appropriate driver.
    2. If your keyboard is an external keyboard, try plugging it into another USB port.
    3. If your keyboard is a built-in keyboard, try booting your computer in safe mode to see if the keyboard is working properly. If your keyboard is working in Safe Mode, a third-party app or driver may be causing the problem.
